Dear amnesia

I recently purchased a bikini from your store, and unfortunately I am quite disappointed. After wearing it for only five minutes, the middle part of the bikini broke.

Since the bikini was barely used and this should not happen with a new product, I kindly ask if we can find a solution together. For example, by providing a replacement, a repair, or a partial refund.

I look forward to hearing from you on how we can best resolve this issue.
